The private hut had a cozy vibe. Clean space with a comfy sitting area and a terrace that was perfect for relaxing. Being just a 10-minute walk from Crystal Bay Beach made sunset watching easy and beautiful. The staff offered help in organizing our snorkeling trip, which was an unforgettable experience. However, the dining experience fell short. The restaurant's dinner was not up to par compared to local Warung we tried elsewhere. Also, the road leading to the property was quite rugged with potholes, so be cautious if you're arriving on a scooter. Wi-Fi was sometimes patchy, making connections a hassle at the end of our trip. Still, the overall atmosphere and friendly service made our stay memorable.

The garden area is stunning and well-maintained.
When we arrived, the air conditioning in our Deluxe Twin Room was barely functional, leaving us uncomfortably hot. Breakfast was also disappointing. the coffee served was lukewarm and hardly enough to wake us up each morning, which is not what I expected from a hotel at this price point.

Family with children hidden gem
Just everything about the place was amazing,,, we felt so secluded in our villa number 10 surrounded by nature! The staff, they treated us like family,, even helped arrange our snorkeling and made our stay feel special.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but for what we got it was acceptable.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to Crystal Bay, and it feels wonderfully secluded. Staff members truly shine with their warmth and efficiency, effortlessly organizing activities and transfers. The dining experience is memorable, especially the gourmet salads and fresh tropical fruits at breakfast. However, some amenities showed signs of wear, particularly the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection, which could often be frustrating. Additionally, the road leading in was a little rough, requiring cautious driving to arrive safely.
